Our safety, health and environmental responsibilities are at the top of our agenda, wherever we do business. We aim to have a positive impact on our stake holders, our neighbours, and to lessen adverse effects on the wider community and the global environment, a commitment demonstrated by Foseco having some form of quality accreditation (mainly ISO or equivalents e.g. QS, VDA) at all our sites and ISO14001 currently at about 50% of our sites with an aspiration to complete full ISO 14001 at all sites.

We are dedicated to supporting our customers in doing the same. Foundries and steel makers are under increasing pressure to reduce their environmental impact and, central to our role as leading global business partners, is the development and application of products to reduce waste, eliminate pollution and improve efficiency. Many traditional consumables have been controlled or prohibited. We have led the way in responding to the challenge, pioneering new more environmentally-friendly solutions that have added real value for our customers.
